Milton L. Munic, 78, of East Fifth Street died Sunday, April 16, 2000, in Duluth.

Milton was born April 9, 1922, in Eveleth to Ralph and Minnie Munic. He graduated from Eveleth High School and joined the Navy during World War II. After his military service, Milton became a partner in Duluth Auto Wrecking where he worked until his retirement in 1987.

He was a member of Adas Israel Congregation and the Jewish Fellowship Club.

Milton was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gertrude in 1991; and his brother, Robert.

He is survived by his son, David of Duluth; his daughter and son-in-law, Darlene and Larry Braufman of Minneapolis; brothers Raymond (Barbara) of Duluth and Morris (Doris) of St. Paul; a sister, Roslyn (James) Bernstein of Minneapolis; a sister-in-law, Pearl Munic of Duluth; and grandchildren Pamela and Marc Kermisch of Minneapolis.

Graveside service: 11 a.m. today in Adas Israel Cemetery. Arrangements by Bell Brothers Funeral Directors, Jarvi-Dowd Chapel, 925 E. Fourth St.
